Processing times for withdrawals are as follows: JazzCash and Easypaisa — typically within 24 hours; bank transfers — 2 to 5 business days. Cash Blox will notify you once a withdrawal has been processed from its end. Any further delay is subject to your bank or wallet provider's processing schedule.
All balances, transactions, bets, and winnings on Cash Blox are denominated in PKR. There is no currency conversion involved for Pakistan users. Cash Blox does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time.

All bets are subject to acceptance by Cash Blox. The platform reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion, including in cases where markets are suspended, odds are under review, or unusual betting patterns are detected. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and a bet reference number.
Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the point of bet placement are the odds that apply to the accepted bet, provided the bet is confirmed within the same session. Live in-play odds change rapidly — particularly during cricket matches — and the odds displayed may differ from those accepted by the time the bet processes. Any significant discrepancy will be flagged and the bet may be offered at revised odds or voided.
A bet may be voided in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or postponed beyond the platform's settlement window; a technical error resulted in clearly incorrect odds being displayed; the event does not take place as scheduled. Voided bets are returned to your account balance at the original stake.
For PSL and T20 matches, the following applies: matches reduced in overs due to weather are settled on the officially reduced-overs result, not the full-match projected result; player performance markets (top scorer, wicket taker) are settled on the official match result at close of play; in-play markets are suspended between overs and during drinks breaks. Bets are settled as soon as reasonably practicable after the official result is confirmed. Cash Blox uses official scorecards and results from recognised cricket and sports bodies. If a result is under official review, settlement may be delayed until the review is complete.
Casino and live casino games are provided for entertainment. All games on Cash Blox use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live dealer streams from established providers. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are determined by the individual game providers and are not modified by Cash Blox.
Live casino games — including roulette, baccarat, blackjack, and Andar Bahar — are subject to table limits that vary by game and time of day. These limits are displayed before you join a table. Any bets placed during a technical malfunction on the platform side will be voided and stakes returned. Winnings generated from a confirmed malfunction error will not be paid. Cash Blox's determination of what constitutes a technical malfunction is final.
